1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all over Pakistan. International Enquires should fill our contact form.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 4-5 working days after order is confirmed via call/email. . Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
3. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer the following shipping options:

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.
5. Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs, or carrier issues. We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., due to an incorrect address), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately at homenhomestore@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
